German Labor Day Weekend

The German Labor Day is 1st May, in 2009 it happens to be a friday. If you’d like to spend the weekend 1st - 3rd May traveling, here are your offers.

MUNICH (and greater area)
The flight times are just perfect for a weekend trip:
leaving Cologne Airport at 6:45am on 1st May, goin back from Munich to Cologne at 08:35pm gives you a real 3-day weekend.

Hotel Terassenhof, Bad Wiessee

Bad Wiessee is located at Lake Tegernsee, beautifully surrounded by mountains, right between Munich and Garmisch-Patenkirchen. The 4.5 star hotel right at the waterside of the alps-lake features its own small pier, 78 comfortable rooms and an excellent restaurant with panorama bar.
